DONATIONS & DISCLOSURES
Source of funding
All impact displayed on the Stashrun platform (the "Platform"), including any dollar amounts, items funded, or other stated outcomes (collectively, "Impact"), is funded in full by a third-party campaign sponsor (a "Campaign Sponsor"). A Campaign Sponsor may be a brand sponsor, a fundraising intermediary, a private individual donor, or a nonprofit organization.

How impact is unlocked
A Campaign Sponsor pledges funds in advance of a campaign (a "Campaign"). Those funds are released ("unlocked") as users of the Platform ("Users") complete the designated in-app action for that Campaign, such as completing a gamified engagement (each, a "Qualifying Action"). Upon completion of a Qualifying Action, a confirmation number is displayed on the Platform to confirm that the corresponding Impact has been unlocked. Users do not pay, and are not required to pay, any money in connection with unlocking Impact. Each Campaign has a maximum total amount that the Campaign Sponsor will fund (the "Funding Cap"). Once the Funding Cap is reached, the Campaign closes and no further Qualifying Actions for that Campaign will unlock Impact.
No charitable contribution by users
Because Impact on the Stashrun Platform is funded by the Campaign Sponsor and not by Users, Users do not make a charitable contribution through the Platform and will not receive a tax receipt or other acknowledgment of a deductible gift in respect of any Qualifying Action or unlocked Impact. Displayed Impact reflects amounts funded by the Campaign Sponsor and does not represent a contribution by any User.
No deduction of Stashrun fees from displayed impact
Stashrun does not deduct any fee or charge for its services, or for the services of any third party associated with the Platform, from the displayed donation or Impact amount. After the Campaign Sponsor transfers funds to a recipient charitable organization (a "Designated Charity") or to any fiscal intermediary it designates, that organization or intermediary may apply its own fees or allocations in accordance with its own policies, over which Stashrun has no control.
Disbursement
Funds committed by a Campaign Sponsor for a given Campaign will be disbursed to the Designated Charity, or to its authorized fiscal agent, within 90 days of Campaign Completion. "Campaign Completion" occurs on the earlier of (a) the date the Campaign's Funding Cap is reached, or (b) the date the Campaign period ends (as it may be extended under "Extension" below).
If a Designated Charity cannot receive funds
If a Designated Charity is unable or unwilling to accept the funds (for example, because it is not in good standing with applicable regulators, no longer holds the necessary charitable or tax status, or declines the funds), the Campaign Sponsor will direct the funds to another charitable organization working in the same or a similar cause area. Funds unlocked through a completed Qualifying Action will in all cases be disbursed to a charitable beneficiary.
Extension
If a Campaign's Funding Cap has not been reached by the end of its scheduled period, Stashrun may, with the Campaign Sponsor and Designated Charity's approval, extend the Campaign period. If no extension is approved, the Campaign closes at the end of the scheduled period and all amounts accumulated during that period will be disbursed within 90 days of that date.
