DONATIONS & DISCLOSURES

Source of funding

Impact displayed on the Stashrun platform (the "Platform"), including any dollar amounts, items funded, or other stated outcomes (collectively, "Impact"), may be funded by a third-party campaign sponsor (a "Campaign Sponsor") or by individual donations made through the Platform.

A Campaign Sponsor may be a brand sponsor, a fundraising intermediary, a private individual donor, or a nonprofit organization.

Sponsored Campaigns

For sponsored campaigns, a Campaign Sponsor pledges funds in advance of a campaign (a "Campaign"). Those funds are released ("unlocked") as users of the Platform ("Users") complete the designated in-app action for that Campaign (a "Qualifying Action").

Users do not pay, and are not required to pay, any money in connection with completing a Qualifying Action or unlocking Impact.

Because such Impact is funded by the Campaign Sponsor and not by Users, completion of a Qualifying Action does not constitute a charitable contribution by the User and does not entitle the User to a tax receipt or other acknowledgment of a deductible gift.

Each Campaign may be subject to a maximum funding amount (the "Funding Cap"). Once the Funding Cap is reached, no further Qualifying Actions will unlock additional Impact.

User Donations

Users may also choose to make charitable donations through the Platform.

Such donations are processed by the applicable third-party donation provider and are subject to that provider's terms and policies.

Stashrun does not issue charitable tax receipts for User donations. Any receipt or acknowledgment will be provided by the applicable donation provider.

Participation in any gamified or social feature associated with a User donation does not itself constitute a charitable contribution.

Fees

Stashrun does not deduct a fee for its services from the displayed donation or Impact amount.

Third-party donation processors, payment providers, charitable intermediaries or recipient organizations may apply fees, deductions or allocations in accordance with their own terms and policies.

Disbursement

Funds committed by a Campaign Sponsor for a Campaign will be disbursed to the designated charitable organization (the "Designated Charity"), or to its authorized fiscal agent, within 90 days of Campaign Completion.

"Campaign Completion" occurs on the earlier of (a) the date the Campaign's Funding Cap is reached, or (b) the date the Campaign period ends, including any approved extension.

User donations are processed and disbursed in accordance with the terms of the applicable third-party donation provider.

If a Designated Charity cannot receive funds

If a Designated Charity is unable or unwilling to accept Campaign funds, the Campaign Sponsor will direct the funds to another charitable organization working in the same or a similar cause area.

User donations remain subject to the applicable donation provider's terms and policies.

Extension

If a Campaign's Funding Cap has not been reached by the end of its scheduled period, Stashrun may, with the Campaign Sponsor and Designated Charity's approval, extend the Campaign period.

If no extension is approved, the Campaign closes at the end of the scheduled period and all amounts accumulated during that period will be disbursed within 90 days of that date.
