FOR SELECTED CAMPAIGNS WHERE A DISCLOSURE BUTTON IS SHOWN ON THE APP, THE FOLLOWING DISCLOSURES MAY APPLY:

The donation amount displayed after a completed 'coin drop' on Stashrun will be paid, in full, to the selected nonprofit. The selected nonprofit will receive 100% of the stated donation amount. No fees or charges associated with Stashrun’s services, or the services of any third parties associated with Stashrun’s platform will be deducted from the stated donation amount. Because the donation to the selected nonprofit is being made by the campaign sponsor, donations generated using the platform are not tax-deductible contributions by individual platform users.

Please note, Stashrun, as a fundraising platform, administers a large number of campaigns benefiting causes selected by the applicable campaign sponsor. The selected nonprofit for some campaigns may not have provided consent to be included as a beneficiary on the Stashrun platform. The information regarding the selected nonprofit included on Stashrun’s platform replicates information publicly made available such as information from the recipient charity’s tax or information returns filed with the Internal Revenue Service or the California AG’s office, or via plug-ins that directly share their social channels. In the instance of each specific campaign, the content may not have been approved by the nonprofit for purposes of this specific peer-to-peer fundraising opportunity. All donations made through Stashrun's platform to the selected nonprofit may be used by the recipient nonprofit on an unrestricted basis, regardless of designations or restrictions made by donors or persons engaging in peer-to-peer charitable fundraising.

All nonprofits can opt out of being a beneficiary of Stashrun's platform at any time, by emailing their request to: hey@stashrun.com.
